The short version

If you're not satisfied with Smart Roster Pro, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply on top of this policy.

1. Our Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with Smart Roster Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

2. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Email us at hello@smartrosterpro.com with your account email and a request for a refund.
  • Cancel through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your Smart Roster Pro dashboard, and email us to confirm you would like a refund of your payment.

3. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

4. What's Not Refundable

The free tier is free, so there is nothing to refund. The 14-day guarantee applies only to your first payment on a paid plan. Subsequent billing cycles beyond the initial 14-day window are not eligible for a money-back refund under this policy (though your statutory rights still apply).

5. Partial Month Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day refund window, you will not receive a partial refund for the remaining days in your billing period. However, you will continue to have full access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period.

6. Your Statutory Rights

This refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy. For more information, visit accc.gov.au.
